    - and invitation to stand for ICPCC-offices
    - to invite members organisations to apply for hosting the 2015 CONGRESS

        • "Firstly, ......................., we would like you to give some thought and if appropriate approach
          and encourage suitable people who may consider nomination for positions on our Executive. ..........................

          Secondly, we would like you to consider the possibility of hosting our next congress in 2015.
          Usually a presentation and invitation is presented to the congress delegates for voting. .....................
          If we are to follow the past pattern of moving between regions for our congresses,
          it may be that           those of you in the Americas or Canada might have a particular interest in doing this.

          The executive would be grateful to receive expressions of interest
          and detailed proposals prior to the Rotorua Congress if this is possible."

    It was a bold decision of the Editorial Board to become a FREE journal (without registration)
    but now we face the task of getting out the word globally that this journal is available as a free resource.
